The name “Falcon Flight Med” has a story rooted in my last deployment to
Qatar, Iraq, and Afghanistan. While in Doha, I saw a man holding a falcon, tethered with leather straps and blindfolded. The falcon, tremulous and scared, was the saddest sight I’ve ever seen. Falcons, one of the fastest animals in the world and clocked at over 240 mph when diving to catch prey midair, symbolize power, speed, strength, agility, grace, and most importantly, the spirit of freedom. Witnessing such a magnificent creature restrained was a poignant reminder that no one born to fly should ever have that freedom taken away. This experience inspired the name “Falcon Flight Med,” reflecting my commitment to supporting airmen in their journey.

Testimonials
I recently had the opportunity to visit Dr. Karice Stern for my FAA Class 3 medical examination, and I could not be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism she provided. As a new patient, she patiently answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had with clarity and reassurance.
Aaron Petry - Class 3 Medical Patient
As an Air Race Pilot flying 300+ mph 50’ off the ground, having the knowledge and expertise of Karice on my team is a great piece of mind! I cannot recommended her enough!
